Vinicius Soares Steffen is the Head of Technical Services for South America in Pharma Solutions at BASF. Previously, Vinicius served as a Formulation Development Analyst at Aché Laboratórios Farmacêuticos and EMS, where responsibilities included the formulation and process development of new pharmaceutical products. Alongside practical experience, Vinicius holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Quality by Design from De Montfort University and a Specialist degree in Business Management from IBMEC. Vinicius also completed an internship at Merck Group, focusing on technology and product development within their Global R&D Department.
