Brian Shaner has over two decades of experience in engineering and sales roles within the plastics and automotive industries. Beginning a career as a Design Engineer at Rehrig Pacific Company and a Project Engineer at Toledo Molding and Die, Brian transitioned to Honeywell Plastics as a CAE Engineer, focusing on moldfilling and FEA analysis for automotive applications. Brian continued at Honeywell in a Technical Development Engineer role, assisting customers with engineered plastic materials. At BASF, Brian progressed through various positions, including Field Development Manager and Transportation Industry Sales Manager, ultimately becoming the Director of Sales for the US & Canada in July 2023. Education includes an MBA from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business, complemented by a BS in Plastics Engineering.
