Andrew Hsu is currently the Director of Global Quality Management of Electronic Materials at BASF, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Manager of Quality Management at BASF in 2018 and held various positions including Regional Quality Director and Product Line Manager at Cabot Microelectronics from 2014 to 2017. Andrew also worked at The Dow Chemical Company as a manager from 2006 to 2010 and gained experience as a deputy manager at TSMC between 2010 and 2011. They hold a Doctorate in Precision Production from National Chung Hsing University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University.
