André Rusthen is currently the Managing Director for Norway and Country Manager for Sweden at BASF Coatings Division, where they oversee business operations with a strong focus on employee engagement and customer satisfaction. With extensive experience in leadership, general business management, and change management, they have a proven track record in the FMCG industry across the Nordic countries. Previously, André held various roles including District Manager at Vagabond International AB, Key Account Manager at Hafa Badrum, and was the founder and CEO of Trimsport Norge AS. They have also contributed as a board member and chairman for organizations focused on sustainable development. André is pursuing further education in business and aviation while continuously enhancing their leadership skills.
