Ricardo Rosero is the founder and managing partner of BaseFirma, a leading independent transfer pricing firm recognized in the US and Latin America. With 30 years of international transfer pricing experience, they began their career in Coopers & Lybrand’s transfer pricing group in Amsterdam and later established PricewaterhouseCoopers’ practices in Mexico, Argentina, and Venezuela. Before founding BaseFirma in 2002, they served as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Miami, overseeing transfer pricing in Florida and Latin America. Ricardo holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Institute of Social Studies and Erasmus University in the Netherlands, as well as an MBA from the EU Business School in Antwerp, Belgium. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch, they are also a notable speaker and contributor to international tax publications.
