Malcolm Ellison is a Principal Media Solutions Architect at base, where they have been shaping media solutions since 2025. Previously, they held roles as Head of Technology at Picture Shop and as Head of Technology & Post at Twickenham Film Studios. With extensive experience in post-production, Malcolm also served as CTO, Senior Colourist, and Post Supervisor at IGLOO POST LIMITED from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they freelanced as a Colourist and Editor, contributing to notable theatre productions, and worked at several other firms, building a diverse skill set in media and post-production engineering.
