Kyle Pomplun is a strategic thinker currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations at Bascom Hunter Technologies, a position held since 2025. With over ten years of experience in manufacturing engineering, Kyle has fostered strong cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement while optimizing performance through data-driven decision-making. Previously, they held various roles at both Bascom Hunter and L-3 Integrated Systems Group, and served as a US Army Officer, leading a platoon during a 15-month deployment in Iraq. Kyle also completed an Executive MBA at Arizona State University and was selected for a rotational leadership program at L3Harris, aimed at developing future executive leaders.
