Josh McGinnis is a senior leader with 17 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, technology, engineering, and program management. They have held various roles, including Senior Director at Bascom Hunter, where they manage the RF Front Ends business, and they previously led a team at Boeing responsible for the production of the Harpoon anti-ship missile. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California, and a Certificate in Architecture and Systems Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
