Paul J. Gilbert is the Director of Special Projects at Barton & Gray Mariners Club, where they currently lead critical initiatives. Previously, Paul served as Service Manager at Barton & Gray, effectively managing a 26-person service team and overseeing maintenance for a fleet of over 60 Hinckley Yachts from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Marine Technician at Hinckley Yacht Services from 2002 to 2018, where they specialized in diagnosing and repairing marine mechanical systems. Paul earned an Associate in Science Degree in Marine Technology from the New England Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2002.
