Randy C. Martin is a seasoned business executive and financial leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial reporting, and merger negotiations. They have served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Spartech Corporation from 1996 to 2013, overseeing financial operations for a $1.1 billion company. Currently, Randy is President and Managing Director at RCM Advisory, providing business advisory services, as well as serving as an advisory council member at Another Reality Studio. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University and are currently enrolled in advanced management programs at Northwestern University and Washington University in St. Louis.
