Marie Williams has extensive experience in global total rewards, having worked at Barrick Gold Corporation since 2008. Currently serving as the Head of Global Total Rewards, Marie has progressed through various titles including Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager within the total rewards function. Prior roles at Barrick Gold include Manager of Rewards, HR Specialist in Global Rewards & Mobility, Senior Analyst, HR Analyst, and Talent Management Contractor. Marie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Guelph.
