Marcelo Salvatore is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in tax administration, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and exportation. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Tax, AP/AR, and Treasury & Exportation at Barrick Gold Corporation since February 2023, Marcelo has previously held significant roles at Minera Andina del Sol as Jefe de Impuestos and Supervisor Sr. Impuestos from February 2018 to June 2023. Additional experience includes a decade at Grupo Arcor in various tax-related positions and earlier roles in human resources and municipal revenue inspection. Marcelo holds an Executive Program in Tax Planning from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, an MBA from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, and a degree in Accounting from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán.
