Marta Kosseva has extensive work experience in the creative industry. marta is currently employed as an Associate Creative Director at Barkley since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a creative hybrid and consultant for west-coast based hemp/canna/holistic wellness brands from January 2017 to January 2022. During this time, they were involved in various aspects of brand positioning, strategy, product development, packaging, social media content, web design, email marketing, events, and influencer marketing.
In 2018, Marta also founded two companies. The first one is theanthologyshop.com, where they developed a product line of hemp-infused personal products and launched a retail hub website to showcase CBD's benefits and feature other hemp-infused brands. The second company is Adaptation, where they created and launched a full spectrum CBD brand that utilizes Nano technology in its skincare products.
Prior to their self-employment, Marta worked as an art director at Red Tettemer O'Connell + Partners from November 2012 to December 2016. marta worked on campaigns for notable brands like Under Armour, Planet Fitness, and Swarovski, collaborating with talented creatives. Before that, they co-founded a small children's product company called uh-oh industries in 2009 and worked as a co-owner and designer until October 2013. marta has also worked as a graphic designer at Jobson Publishing from July 2009 to March 2011 and as a freelance designer at Josh Owen LLC from May 2009 to September 2010.
Marta Kosseva began their education in 2005 at Philadelphia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Graphic Design Communication. marta attended this institution until 2009.
