Stephen Barnes is currently the Vice President and Head of Global Screening Governance at Barclays. They previously served as a Senior Customer Success Manager for EMEA at First Advantage from 2021 to 2022. Stephen spent 27 years with the Metropolitan Police, where they held various roles, primarily focusing on telecommunications intelligence and mobile phone crime, until 2012. They also worked as a Director for EMEA Services at PINKERTON from 2018 to 2020 and as an Operations Manager at CV Insight Ltd between 2014 and 2016.
