Richard Wood is an experienced Chief of Staff and Business Manager in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief of Staff Office VP at Barclays Group Control. Previously, Richard held various roles at Barclays, including Senior Business Manager for the Chief Controls Office and Global Fraud, where responsibilities included managing business operations and workforce strategy. Richard's earlier experiences include internships at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Monolite UK Ltd, as well as a summer analyst position at Citi. Richard earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Surrey, where they also led a team in student life mentoring.
