Jennifer Kosharek is a senior financial executive with extensive experience leading corporate accounting, tax, internal audit, finance, human resource, legal, and technology teams for SEC registrants and private equity-owned companies across various industries. Throughout their career, Jennifer has held significant roles, including as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, where they successfully raised approximately $100 million and managed all financial reporting and compliance activities. Currently, Jennifer serves as SVP of Finance and Accounting at BARBRI, continuing to drive strategic financial leadership and process improvements. They hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and are a licensed CPA in Texas.
