Amy K. Starosciak, Ph.D., earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and has completed postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Florida International University. They have held various progressive roles in the Center for Research at Baptist Health South Florida, where they developed the Miami Neuroscience Institute's research program and now serve as Director of Research Concept & Protocol Development, overseeing a team that supports oncology research. Previously, they worked as Clinical Research Administrator and Director of Outcomes Research, contributing to numerous innovative projects across multiple medical specialties. Currently, they focus on quality assurance and education in research operations while fostering community partnerships for collaborative research initiatives.
