Della Santa Patrick is the Head of Business Controlling at BCV, specializing in controlling, management support, financial analysis, and project management within the banking industry. They previously served as the Head of Business Controlling for the wealth management unit at BCV from 1999 to 2005, where they were a member of the executive committee and oversaw financial KPI analysis and improvement actions. Della held roles at UBS, including Head of Management Support and Controlling, where they managed planning processes and project management initiatives. They hold a Master's degree in finance and business management from Université de Neuchâtel and are currently pursuing an Advanced Management Program at The ZfU Boston Faculty.
