Naveen Singhal is a senior banking executive with over 27 years of experience in wealth and private banking operations, governance, and controls. Currently serving as the Head of Elite Wealth Platform at First Abu Dhabi Bank, they focus on digital transformation initiatives, including the setup of digital wealth platforms and the introduction of AI tools. Previously, at Emirates NBD, Naveen held key roles such as AVP for International Offices Support & Controls and Head of Middle Office & Business Support, where they implemented business strategies and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiencies. Naveen holds multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. in Finance and is currently studying leadership at Columbia Business School.
