Jacqueline Deel is a relationship-driven leader with over a decade of experience in mortgage operations, process design, and team enablement. Currently serving as the VP, Senior Channel Delivery Manager at Bank of Texas, they lead cross-functional initiatives that equip underwriting teams with essential tools, technology, and training. Previously, Jacqueline held various roles, including Mortgage Underwriter and Loan Coordinator at Bank of Texas, and shared their expertise as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Mohr Partners. Jacqueline graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from The University of Texas at Arlington and has volunteered with organizations promoting inclusion for individuals with disabilities.
