Zach Courson is currently the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America, where they provide legal support for information security functions and negotiate cybersecurity terms in agreements. Previously, Courson served as Corporate Counsel at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they drafted and negotiated various complex agreements and created user-friendly legal policies. Their extensive legal experience includes roles as an Associate at Hathaway & Kunz, P.C. and Sundahl, Powers, Kapp & Martin, where they worked on corporate governance and litigation matters. Courson holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
