Matt Geller is an Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Bank of America, where they provide primary legal counsel on privacy law across multiple regions and business lines. With 25 years of experience in legal advisory roles, Matt has previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel at PNC, focusing on enterprise privacy matters, and as SVP, Senior Corporate Counsel at BBVA USA, supporting data privacy and information security operations. Matt began their legal career as an associate at Baker Donelson and later became a shareholder at Sirote & Permutt, P.C., where they specialized in business and transactional law. They hold a J.D. from Tulane University Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from Colgate University, along with multiple certifications in privacy law.
