Martin Harrison is an Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Litigation at Bank of America, specializing in unsecured credit card, business lending, and student lending defensive litigation management. Previously, Martin held various roles including Partner in the Collections Division at Brock & Scott, PLLC, where they implemented successful litigation strategies and supervised over 40 employees. They began their career with a background as an Office Clerk/Paralegal at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and served as a Criminal Justice Intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Martin earned a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University, and a J.D. from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
