Madhavi Misra has extensive experience in learning and development, having served as a Lead Consultant at Schroders Investment Management from 2007 to 2009 and as a Learning and Development Consultant at HSBC Bank plc from 2006 to 2007. Prior to these roles, Madhavi was a Senior Consultant in the Talent and Organization Consulting Practice at Hewitt Associates from 1998 to 2005. Currently, Madhavi is the Senior Vice President and Regional Head of Academy for Asia Pacific at Bank of America since 2010. Madhavi is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration.
