James Stephen is an SVP of Operational Excellence at Bank of America and has a proven track record in operations and continuous improvement across both public and private sectors. Previously, they served as the Director of Operations at American Fence Company and held various roles in the US Army, including Operations Officer and Intelligence Officer. With experience at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and PALFINGER Group, James has developed skills in managing business solutions and procurement. They are currently pursuing an MBA and an MPA from American Military University, along with a Bachelor's degree in History from Virginia Tech.
