Dean DeMarais is an experienced communications professional who currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Head of Internal Communications and Content at Bank of America. In this role, they lead the company's internal and crisis communications efforts. Dean previously held positions at Bank of America as a VP, Communications Manager and SVP, Communication Executive, where they developed and managed communications strategies across various business areas, including Human Resources and Technology. Earlier in their career, Dean was the Public Relations Manager for the Carolina Cobras in the Arena Football League. Dean earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
