Cliff Chng is the Director and Head of APAC Global Markets Shared Operations at Bank of America, where they lead a team of 27 associates focusing on funding, cash management, and treasury trade control. With over 15 years of banking experience, including significant leadership roles in strategy, operations, and business development, Cliff has a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving change. Previously, they held various positions at American Express and HSBC, driving business growth and client engagement initiatives. Cliff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance major from the National University of Singapore.
