Beth R. is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and XD Principal at Bank of America, where they lead product design for Business Banking and Consumer digital products. They previously held positions as a Senior User Experience Designer at Amazon and a Principal Experience Designer at LPL Financial Services. Beth began their career at LendingTree as the Director of User Interface and Graphic Design and has since accumulated extensive experience across various prominent organizations. They earned a BA from Guilford College and a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) designation from Human Factors International.
