Adam Slade is a Senior Executive Recruiter with over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition. They began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Design Strategy Corporation from 1997 to 2000 and later held various roles, including Associate Director at Bear Stearns Co. Inc and Recruitment Lead at RBC Capital Markets. Adam has served as a consultant in human resources at Citigroup and ContourGlobal, as well as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Hartford Financial Products. Currently, they are the SVP - Global Markets Recruiting Lead and Team Manager at Bank of America. Adam holds a BA in Psychology and Mathematics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
