Luba Meshel is a Learning & Development Manager with extensive experience in education and professional development. They served as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Avney Rosha from 2016 to 2017, where they designed training programs for superintendents. Luba has been a Senior Learning & Development Team Leader at Bank Hapoalim since 2017, and has held positions as a Group Facilitator and Technical English Coordinator at the Open University as well as a Content Developer and Teacher's Instructor at Tomashin Projects. Currently, they are pursuing multiple degrees in education and organizational sociology at several institutions.
