Melodie Mwangi is currently an intern at Barnes-Jewish Hospital as part of the BESt Healthcare Institute, which collaborates with Express Scripts, Inc. and the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis, starting in June 2023. Melodie also serves as a cashier at Bandana's Bar-B-Q since March 2022. Prior experience includes an internship at Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare from August 2021 to June 2022 and a cashier position at Cold Stone Creamery from May 2021 to August 2021. Melodie is pursuing a degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Pharmacy at the University of Chicago, expected to graduate in June 2026, and is an alumna of Hazelwood Central High School, graduating in June 2022.
