Major General (retired) Fred Stoss is an accomplished leader with 34 years of active military service, specializing in strategic deterrence and nuclear operations. They currently serve as a Senior Professional Staff Member at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory and as Editor in Chief of Bancroft Capital's GEOIntelligence Group. Previously, Major General Stoss held key leadership positions, including Director of Operations and Communications for the Air Force Global Strike Command, where they oversaw a staff of 150 and developed critical policies for an organization of over 30,000 personnel. They have a strong educational background, holding multiple master's degrees, including one in National Security Policy Studies from the Naval War College.
