Dara K. Wanzer, JD, SHRM-SCP, is the Executive Vice President and Human Resources Director at BancFirst, the largest state chartered bank in Oklahoma. Previously, Dara served as a labor and employment and employee benefits attorney for INTEGRIS Health, and as an associate attorney specializing in labor and employment law at McAfee & Taft. Dara holds a J.D. and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Actively engaged in the community, Dara serves on multiple boards, including the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and ReMerge, and has volunteered as an attorney for Oklahoma Lawyers for Children.
