Kristin Gulbraar (Vareberg) currently serves as the Head of Compliance at BAMA Gruppen AS, leading the development of a comprehensive compliance framework for operations in Norway and internationally. Prior to this role, Kristin held positions at Innovation Norway as a Special Advisor, where a two-year project focused on enhancing compliance efforts across international offices. At Telenor, Kristin worked as Director of Investigations, overseeing the Ethics & Compliance Hotline and advising management on compliance issues. Previous experience includes various compliance and financial roles at Siemens, where Kristin specialized in anti-corruption and anti-trust policies, as well as corporate governance and financial reporting. Kristin holds a CEMS Master’s in International Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and has additional education from institutions such as INSEAD and Esade.
