Jaclyn Giddens is an accomplished Academic Strategy and Improvement Leader, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Insight Education Group, Inc. They previously held the position of Director of Teaching & Learning at Afya Baltimore Inc. from 2016 to 2022, and have experience as an Academic Coordinator at Garrison Forest School and as an Assistant Principal at both School of the Cathedral and Baltimore City Public Schools. Jaclyn began their career in education as a Classroom Teacher, where they taught 3rd and 5th grades, before progressing to roles focused on academic leadership. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Towson University.
