Natalie Young has extensive experience in enterprise engagement and sales management, currently serving as the Enterprise Engagement Manager at Baltic Apprenticeships since December 2017, with a progression through various sales roles including Senior Customer Acquisition Manager and Sales Manager. Prior to Baltic Apprenticeships, Natalie worked at Les Mills UK as a Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer from June 2014 to November 2017, and at PANDORA as a Senior Sales Advisor from February 2009 to May 2016. Natalie holds a Level 3 Diploma in Art & Design from Darlington Technology College, completed between 2008 and 2011.
