Jennifer McMillan Beyerlein is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction law and professional malpractice defense. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Partner and Co-Chair of the Construction and Real Estate Litigation Team at Ballard Spahr LLP since January 2025. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Shareholder and Construction Team Chair at Lane Powell PC from August 2004 to January 2025. In addition to a robust legal career, Jennifer held the positions of President and Board Member at EarthShare Washington from January 2009 to June 2016, contributing to the non-profit sector. Jennifer earned a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Psychology from Stanford University.
