Nagarajan Kanniappan is currently the Head of Human Resources at Ball Corporation, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Nagarajan served as Assistant General Manager at Freudenberg Group from 2018 to 2025 and spent over a decade as Senior Manager at MANDO Automotive India Limited from 2007 to 2018. Nagarajan earned a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2019 and holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Madras, completed in 2006.
