James Patrick is a skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience working at Balfour Beatty plc, where they served as a Managing Quantity Surveyor and later as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from 2016 to 2023. They began their career as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor and held the position of Asbestos Surveyor at Eurosafe UK in 2011. Prior to their surveying roles, James worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Webhelp TSC from 2012 to 2014. James holds a BA Hons in Business from The University of Hull and a Master’s in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
