Taylor Cohen-Brown is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the culinary and food innovation sectors. As a Private Chef from February 2020 to November 2024, Taylor planned and executed meals for various events, focusing on client relationships and customized dining experiences. As the Founder, Inventor, and CEO of ADASHAH LLC, Taylor developed a groundbreaking vegan meat alternative product, achieving profitability within a year and fostering significant industry partnerships. Currently serving as the Product Marketing and Brand Manager at Bakerly, Taylor oversees product marketing strategies and new product development for French baked goods. Taylor’s early career includes roles as a Fundraiser for Yeshiva University, a Food Justice Fellow at Repair the World, and various positions in brand management and social media. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Yeshiva University.
