Ashley Alexander is a Senior Manager of Talent Management with a strong background in organizational development and learning consulting. Previously serving as an Organization Development and Learning Consultant at the University of Minnesota, Ashley designed and executed initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement. With experience leading competency-based professional development programs, Ashley has worked in various roles at the University of Minnesota and Baker Tilly, where they currently develop talent management strategies. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, a Project Management certificate, and a Master of Education in Human Resources Development, all from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
