Aaron Parsow is a seasoned professional in M&A tax advisory with extensive experience in various roles within the accounting and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of M&A Tax at Baker Tilly US since June 2025, Aaron has previously held a similar position at Moss Adams (April 2023 - June 2025), where responsibilities included advising middle-market business owners and investors on tax matters related to transactions. Prior to that, Aaron worked as Manager and Sole Member at AP89 LLC, and served as Investor and Advisor at Marjay Worldwide, Inc., collaborating on strategic business initiatives and M&A projects. Earlier career experiences include roles at PwC, where Aaron held multiple positions including Director of Deals - Tax, and internships at West Corporation and Smith Barney. Aaron holds a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University.
