Rico Chan ³Âΰ¹ú is an Independent Senior Consultant in the China Real Estate Group at Baker McKenzie, a position held since October 1989, after progressing through roles including Trainee, Associate, Partner, and Head of China and Asia Real Estate. In addition to this role, Rico Chan serves as President of the Hong Kong University Graduates Association (HKUGA) for the term 2024-26 and is a Director and member of the Executive Committee for the Hong Kong University Graduates Association Education Foundation (HKUGAEF). Rico Chan holds a Master¡¯s Degree in Chinese Economic Law from Sun Yat-sen University, as well as a Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Law and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from The University of Hong Kong.
