Sebastiaan Teeling is currently the Projects Director for Europe and CIS at Baker Hughes, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Projects Director for Europe, Russia, and CIS at Bently Nevada from 2021 to 2025, and as a Senior Project Manager at Nexus Controls from 2017 to 2021. Sebastiaan has extensive experience managing high-value projects, including Machine Condition Monitoring and cyber security initiatives for notable clients such as Shell and ExxonMobil during their tenure at GE Oil & Gas from 2010 to 2017. They began their career as a Machinery Diagnostics Engineer at Bently Nevada BV in 1995. Sebastiaan holds a VWO degree from Bonhoeffer College.
