Robert Franks is an experienced engineering professional with a background in pressure pumping operations and service delivery management. Franks began a career at BJ Services Company as an Associate Engineer from August 2008 to September 2009, focusing on field operations and technical training. From September 2009 to January 2014, Franks held various roles at Baker Hughes, including Field Engineer and Service Delivery Manager for multiple regions in the UAE and South Gulf. Responsibilities included overseeing budgets, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading service delivery excellence. Franks’ educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Dundee, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
