Douglas Rosales is an experienced professional in the artificial lift systems field, currently serving as the Artificial Lift Manager for the Andean Area at Baker Hughes. Previously, Douglas held various roles at GE Oil & Gas, including Senior Operations Manager for Surface Colombia and Colombia Lead Operations Manager. With earlier experience as an Application & Sales Engineer at Wood Group ESP, Douglas has cultivated expertise in automation and operations throughout their career. In addition to their work experience, Douglas is pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at Universidad del Zulia.
