Giacomo Biardi is a Supply Chain Engineer with extensive experience in supply chain management, having worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Bakelite Synthetics from 2013 to 2023. They led coordination of production planning, scheduling, and logistics at the Solbiate Olona site while setting efficiency and cost targets. Prior to this, Giacomo held various roles at Momentive Specialty Chemicals Italia S.p.A., including Business Team Lead and Production Scheduler, where they managed ERP integration projects and optimised production processes.
