Ian Weber is the Founder and General Manager of Pyxis by Bain & Company, having established the alternative data analytics division in 2017 and leading its growth within Bain since its acquisition in 2019. Previously, they served as an Analyst at Fore Research & Management, LP, where they focused on financial sectors, and as a Vice President at AB Bernstein, where they contributed to top-ranked equity research. Ian's early career included roles as a Consultant and Senior Analyst at FutureBrand, advising major corporations on marketing and business strategy. They hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA in Applied Value Investing from Columbia Business School.
