Ellis Ballantine is a Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Marketing at Bain & Company, where they have held various roles since 2016, contributing significantly to experienced talent recruiting. Previously, they served as a Manager of Experienced Talent Recruiting within the same company. Ellis graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Portsmouth in 2013, and has also worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp America in 2012. In addition to their professional experience, they are currently attending West Hatch High School and Sixth Form.
