Ashley Elouche is a professional in Team and Talent Operations with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. They began their career at Boston Children's Hospital before advancing to positions such as Spa Operations Lead at Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Sales and Marketing Specialist at The Langham, Boston. Most recently, Ashley served as a Senior Manager for Talent Operations at Bain & Company, where they also held leadership roles in managing programs. They are currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Marist College.
